¶ Organization
The DAO is managed by RealT for its beginnings. The DAO members are gradually taking over the responsibilities delegated to RealT, notably through the following Committees:
- Proposal:
To assist in establishing proposals on the Forum and corresponding votes on Tally (onChain).
Members: Sigri, DRKTT, and PhilP - Security Committee:
To ensure the security of the DAO protocols (at a minimum, intervene urgently to stop a protocol).
Members: Benoist-Not-for-sale, Cogatos, Sigri, EzSwim, JoeD - Voting Power Establishment Working Group:
To study and propose new versions of the Voting Power calculation algorithm based on the REGs held.
Members: Taodiem, Paul, PhilP, Yohann76, Eric, Battistu, DRKTT, Stouban, Teugos - Liquidity Management Committee:
To manage the liquidity strategy implemented via [RIP00003], study and propose new liquidity management strategies. Liquidity.

To study and propose marketing and communications initiatives to increase visibility and engagement within the Realtoken ecosystem.
